The Quarantine feature prevents first party reviews from being published on your website for up to seven days after the consumer submits the review. To publish reviews before the end of the quarantine, see Approve Quarantined First Party Reviews.
Note: The Quarantine period for First-Party and External First-Party reviews on Healthcare entity types will begin after the review has been de-identified.
To change the quarantine period:
- Hover over your name in the top navigation bar and click Account Settings.
- Click Review Generation in the sidebar.
- Click on the Quarantine New 1st Party Reviews field.
- Enter the desired number of days (maximum 7), or deselect the checkbox to turn off the quarantine period.
- Click Save.
