The Assets feature allows you to create a library of text, photo, and video content that can be applied to fields in Knowledge Manager. Deleting an asset will make the asset unavailable to users moving forward; however, it will not retroactively remove the asset from any location that is currently using it. 1. Click Knowledge Manager in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on the Assets sub-tab.
3. Click on the Edit button for the desired asset.
4. Click on the Delete Asset link at the bottom of the page. A dialog box appears.
5. Click Delete.
To find Assets using an Advanced Filter, click on the Advanced Filter button in the upper-right corner of the Assets page. You can also change the display of this page by clicking on the Columns button.
