The Quarantine feature prevents first party reviews from being published on your website for up to 30 days after the consumer submits the review. This article covers how to publish reviews before the end of the quarantine. To change the quarantine period for all first party reviews, see Change the Quarantine Period for Reviews.
To approve quarantined first party reviews:
- Hover over Reviews in the top navigation bar and click on the Monitoring sub-tab.
- Locate the quarantined review you want to approve.
- Click on the drop-down button next to Respond, and select Approve to publish the review to the website.
