This article covers how to remove an entity from your account. Note, an entity can only be removed if it does not have an active subscription. Once an entity is removed from the platform, it cannot be restored.
- Click Knowledge Manager in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Edit button for the desired entity.
To do this in bulk: Select the checkboxes next to the desired entities, then click on the Edit button in the top left corner.
- Click on the Select Action button in the top right corner, and select Delete Entity. A dialog box appears.
- Click Remove Entity to confirm.
