Remove Services for Customer Entities

Who does this article apply to?

This article explains how to remove services from customer entities. Note that services must first be active for a minimum of 30 days.

Click Knowledge Graph in the navigation bar and click Entities.
Select the entity or entities you would like to remove services for.
Click on the More Actions button and select Remove Services.
Select the service you want to remove and click Continue.
Review the cancellation request, then click Continue to process the cancellation.
