Knowledge Assistant is a conversational UI that allows you to interact with the Yext platform straight from your phone, using Facebook Messenger or SMS.
You can use Knowledge Assistant for interactions such as:

- Viewing or responding to first-party reviews
- Viewing or responding to Google Business Profile Q&A
- Fetching analytics
