After you have invited users to Knowledge Assistant, you can view their status to see who has accepted the invite, who has not yet accepted the invite, and which users have not yet been added.
- Click the Account Details icon in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar. From the menu, select Account Settings.
- Under the User Access Management section, click Users.
- Each user's status can be found under the Knowledge Assistant Status column of the user table.
Available Knowledge Assistant statuses
These are the Knowledge Assistant statuses you'll see for your users:
- Invite: This user has not yet been invited to Knowledge Assistant.
- Invite Sent (date): This user has been invited to Knowledge Assistant on the date indicated, but has not finished setting it up.
- Registered: This user has received the invite and has completed the Knowledge Assistant setup process.
