This article explains how to subscribe new customers and how to add services to existing customer entities. For more information on adding entities, see Add a Single Entity.
partner portalClick Actions… next to the desired sub-account and click Add service, then proceed to step 4.
To add services to customer entities:
- Click Content in the navigation bar and click Entities.
- Select the checkbox next to the entity or entities you would like to add services for.
- Click on the More Actions button and select Add Services.
Select the checkbox next to the desired service and click Continue.
Partner Portal: If the sub-account you select has more than one entity, select the checkbox next to the entities you would like to add services to.
Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
- Note: There is no immediate charge when you place the request. Charges are billed according to your agreement. Reach out to your Client Success Manager if you have questions regarding pricing.
