This article outlines the Facebook Not Synced status details you will find in Yext. After resolving the issues, wait 24 hours to see if the Not Synced status has changed. If your listing isn’t synced after attempting to resolve these issues, reach out to Yext Support.
The status details below are broken into groups based on the field that is impacted or the main cause of the issue. Next to each status detail, you will find steps on how to resolve.
Address

Photos

Note, if the Vanity URL is already claimed, you will need to provide another one for us to use. |
