This article provides information on how to respect data privacy if you decide to use Conversion Tracking.
Conversion Tracking Data Overview
Yext’s Conversion Tracking feature allows you to see the interactions that consumers have with your use of Yext’s products, such as Yext Search, and how those interactions impact consumers’ actions with your business. More specifically, with the help of persistent cookies, Conversion Tracking allows you to follow your performance in terms of clicks and conversions, where you define what constitutes a conversion. Accordingly, you voluntarily decide to set up and use Conversion Tracking.
For clients subject to European data privacy laws, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom, you will be the data controller when using Conversion Tracking.
For more details, see Yext’s Product Terms and Data Processing Agreement.
