In order to sync information to OpenTable, you will need to make sure that your restaurant is configured correctly in the Knowledge Graph, based on the requirements from OpenTable. This article will walk you through the required steps. If you are an Enterprise customer and would like Yext to update this for you, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Note: You must have an existing listing with OpenTable in order to sync data to their site. We do not support creating new listings on OpenTable at this time. Additionally, OpenTable only accepts restaurant entities that take reservations. For eligible clients, this integration supports:
- Lat/Long
- Address
- Business Description
- Phone Number
- Menu/Menu URL (only if they have Menu Listings or the Yext for Food add-on)
- Photos
- Listing Hours of Operation
- Website URL (only supported for paid OpenTable clients)
To configure your account to sync information to OpenTable:
Step 1: Convert any existing locations to restaurant entities

- Preserve any relevant Custom Fields.
