Saved Filters allow you to quickly and easily filter entities in the Knowledge Graph by certain criteria. This article will explain how to rename, delete, and update Saved Filters in the Knowledge Graph. To learn more about applying and saving filters, see Apply a Filter.
To update a saved filter:
- Click Knowledge Graph in the navigation bar and click Configuration.
- Click on the Funnel icon (
) in the top right corner.
- The steps to update a saved filter differ depending on if you are trying to rename, delete, or update the filter criteria. Follow the steps below accordingly:
- Rename a Saved Filter
- Click on the Manage Filters link in the drop-down menu.
- Click on the Rename button next to the filter you would like to rename. A dialog box appears.
- Edit the name of the saved filter in the textbox and click Rename Saved Filter.
- Delete a Saved Filter
- Click on the Manage Filters link in the drop-down menu.
- Click on the drop-down button next to the filter you would like to remove and select Delete from the drop-down menu. A dialog box appears.
- Click Delete Saved Filter to remove the saved filter.
- Update Filter Criteria
- Click on the name of the desired filter to apply that filter in the Knowledge Graph.
- Click + Add Filter in the top filter bar and make your desired changes to the filter criteria.
- Click Apply Filter.
- Click on the Save icon (
) and click Update Saved Filter in the drop-down menu.
- To create a new filter, select Create New Saved Filter, enter the name of the filter in the textbox, and click Save Filter.
