This article explains how to create a Google Call History Report. For more information about Google Call history, see Google Call History on Hitchhikers.
Note: In order to create a Google Call History report, this feature must be enabled in the platform. For more information, see Enable Google Call History.
To View Call History Analytics in Report Builder:
- Click Analytics in the navigation bar and click Report Builder.
- Click on the + Add New Report button.
- Click + Add Metric, hover over the Location Listings subcategory, and click Answered Calls or Missed Calls. Make sure to remove any additional metrics.
- Click + Add Dimension, hover over the Time subcategory, and click Month, Day of Week, or Hours. Make sure to remove any additional dimensions.
- Note: The Answered Calls metric is only compatible with the Month dimension
- Select your desired Time Range. Otherwise, it will default to the last 14 days.
- (Optional) Click Add Filter to apply a Filter.
- Click Apply Changes.
- (Optional) To save this report, click Save Report.
