You can also subscribe to platform status updates via email: on the Yext Platform Status page, click the Subscribe to Updates button in the top-right.

For developers

Under the Subscribe to Updates button, click the code block (<>) or RSS icon for options to set up platform status notifications via webhook, or via RSS or Atom feed.
