Google users can add photos to your business listings on Google Maps and Search. Yext pulls these user-generated photos into the platform so you can monitor what customers see when they view your listings.
View User Photos
Navigate to Reviews > User Photos to see all user-generated photos pulled in for your entities. You can filter the photos by entity, date, and Google user to find specific content quickly.
Flag a Photo as Inappropriate
If a photo violates Google's content policies, you can flag it for review directly from Yext.
- Navigate to Reviews > User Photos.
- Locate the photo you want to flag.
- Click the dropdown next to the photo and select Flag as inappropriate.
Clicking this option redirects you to the flagging form on Google. Google reviews all flagging requests using their own processes and terms. Yext cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of a flagging request.
