This article covers how to view user history and user login history in your account. On the User History page, you can see a history of all user creations, deletions, and updates. On the User Login History page, you can view the history of all user login attempts to the platform.
To view user history and user login history:
- Click on the Account Details Icon () in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar and click Account Settings.
- The steps to view user history and user login history differ depending on which page you are trying to view. Follow the steps below accordingly:
- User History
- Click User History.
- (Optional) Use the search bar or filter options.
- Below is a list of columns in the table along with a brief description:
- Time Stamp: The date and time that the event occurred.
- User: The full name and username or email of the user.
- Event Type: The type of event that occurred.
- Event Details: A list of the fields and values that were changed, including user information, scope, roles, permissions, folders, or groups.
- Actor: The user or app that made the update.
- User Login History
- Click User Login History.
- (Optional) Use the search bar or filter options.
- Below is a list of columns in the table along with a brief description:
- Timestamp: The date and time that the login attempt occurred.
- ID: The unique login ID.
- User: The full name and username or email of the user.
- Status: The status of the login attempt, either Success or Failure.
- Type: The method the user used to log in, including Password, SAML, Account Team, Signed Link, or OAuth.
