To view or update entities with Knowledge Assistant:
- Send a message to Knowledge Assistant via Facebook Messenger or SMS.
- Tell Knowledge Assistant what you'd like to do (for example, "Add a photo"). See the bottom of this article for a full list of what you can do with entities.
- Knowledge Assistant will display the entities you have access to edit. You can then choose your desired entity from the list it displays.
- Choose which field you'd like to update, and continue responding to the prompts provided.
Note: You can skip these steps by specifying the entity ID and/or fields you'd like to update in your first message. For example, instead of "add photo," you can say something like, "update the Business Logo for entity 123."
- Before applying your update, Knowledge Assistant will ask you to reply "YES" to confirm.
- After confirming, your update will be applied to the entity.
