This article explains how to use Knowledge Assistant to view and take action on your reviews and Q&A.

Start a conversation with Knowledge Assistant
To view or take action on your reviews and Q&A with Knowledge Assistant:
- Send a message to Knowledge Assistant via Facebook Messenger or SMS.
- Tell Knowledge Assistant what you'd like to do (for example, "Show my reviews"). See the bottom of this article for a full list of what you can do with reviews and Q&A.
- Continue to follow the prompts to choose which reviews or questions you'd like to see or take action on.
- You can take multiple actions on reviews in a single conversation. For example, after seeing your reviews, you can ask, "how many reviews do I have?"
What you can do with reviews and Q&A in Knowledge Assistant
Knowledge Assistant will show you all reviews that come into Yext. However, if you are responding to reviews with Knowledge Assistant, this is only supported for first-party reviews.
Knowledge Assistant allows you to view and respond to both first-party and Google Q&A.
