Start a conversation with Knowledge Assistant
- Send a message to Knowledge Assistant via Facebook Messenger or SMS.
- Tell Knowledge Assistant what you'd like to do (for example, "How am I doing?"). See the bottom of this article for a full list of what you can do with analytics.
- Choose the metrics you'd like to view from the list provided. Knowledge Assistant will only provide analytics for entities that you have access to view in Yext.
