This article explains how to customize your Yext account with your logo, color scheme, brand name, and terms of use.

For emails: add your domain to Yext
If you want Yext to be able to send emails using your domain name, you will need to add your email domain to Yext and set up CNAME records in your DNS provider. To do this, follow the steps in Set Up your Email Branding.
Access your Branding settings
- Click on the Account Details icon in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar and select Account Settings.
- Click Branding in the Partner Settings section.
Follow the steps below to customize each section:
General
- Add your logo.
- This will replace the Yext logo in your account wherever it appears (e.g., your Listings Scan, emails, etc.)
- Your logo must meet these guidelines:
- PNG file
- 136 x 52 in dimension
- Under 5MB in size
- Customize your colors.
- This will update the color scheme in the following places:
- Your login page
- Your listings scan
- Your emails
- Your Content Capture pages
- This will update the color scheme in the following places:
Emails Only
- Enter your desired text in the Notification Intro text box to add an introduction to your email notifications.
- Select the checkbox for Disable Open In and Share Links.
Onboarding Pages Only
- Select the option to Use optimizelocation.com domain.
- This will white-label any URLs related to your account (e.g., login page, Content Capture pages, and dashboard PDF links).
- Your white-labeled login URL will be in the following format: yourbusinessname.optimizelocation.com/users/login.
Brand Language
- Enter your business name under Brand Name.
- This will replace "Yext" with your business name wherever it's mentioned within your emails and your account (with the exception of tasks that require linking accounts to Yext.)

Enter your information under Brand Details (e.g. Address, Phone, etc.).
- These details will appear in the footer of your white-labeled emails, alongside your specified Brand Name.
- Enter your business's listings management product name under Listings Product Name and Listings Product Name, Plural Form.
- This will replace mentions of the "Listings" product within your account and emails.
- Enter your business's review management product name under Reviews Product Name.
- This will replace mentions of the "Reviews" product name within your account and emails.
Terms of Use
- Enter the URL for your terms of use page under External Terms of Use URL.
- This will replace mentions of the Yext Terms of Use within your account.
- This will also replace the Privacy Policy link at the bottom of your listings scan result page.
