With the Yext Knowledge Assistant, you can make updates to your brand facts on the go, directly from your smartphone — without needing to log in. The Knowledge Assistant's Nudge capability also helps you source data from your field users.
Set up a Knowledge Nudge to alert the primary contact for each entity to add content to or update a particular field. You can send a one-time nudge with a message to prompt users to provide content that they haven't filled out yet. You can also set up rules to periodically remind users to refresh content that hasn't been updated in a specified amount of time.
