The Publisher Configuration feature allows you to turn on or off the syncing of certain fields to publishers in the Yext Publisher Network including Google, Facebook, Yandex, and Yelp.
Enterprise Customers: You will also have the option to customize listings sync settings on Yelp.
To adjust your listing sync settings:
- Click Listings in the navigation bar and click Publishers.
- Click on the name of the desired publisher (Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Yelp).
- Click on the Configuration tab.
- Click on the desired field to make changes.

Select whether or not you want to sync a field to the publisher.
- Click on the radio button to select either On or Off.
- Note: When you select On, some field settings will give you the option to overwrite all existing content for that field with the content in Yext Content. To overwrite the content, select the checkbox next to the message.
- Click on the radio button to select either On or Off.

Select the field you want to map to in Yext Content.

Click on the name of the field in the Mapped Field column and select a new field from the options provided in the drop-down menu.
- You can map to any field of the same type (e.g., if it is a website field, you can map to any URL field including Custom Fields of that type).

Click on the name of the field in the Mapped Field column and select a new field from the options provided in the drop-down menu.

Click Save.
- Partner Portal: Once you click Save, a dialog box appears. You will have the option to select whether this change should apply to all sub-accounts or just this account. Select the desired option, then click Apply.
If you have chosen to override a standard field with an alternate field, the name of the alternate field that is being synced to the listing will be displayed in the Mapped Field column.
