Certain publishers allow you to manage how individual entity fields sync to listings. You can enable or disable syncing for individual fields, or choose other fields to sync instead of the default options. Publisher configuration is available for Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Yandex.
To manage synced fields by publisher:
- Click Listings in the navigation bar and click Publishers.
- Click on the name of the desired publisher (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, or Yandex).
- Click on the Configuration tab.
- Click on the desired field to make changes.
- To enable or disable syncing for the field, click the radio buttons to select On or Off.
- To select a different field to sync with in Yext, click on the dropdown menu in the Mapped Field column and select your chosen field.
- You can map to any field of the same type as the default field (e.g., you can map the Website field to any other URL field).
- Click Save.
Resellers: Once you click Save, you will have the option to select whether this change should apply to all sub-accounts or just the current account. Select the desired option and click Apply.
