This article covers how to manage your Home Screens to perform actions like making Home Screens visible to users, adjusting the audience of a Home Screen, and setting a Home Screen as the default Home Screen for an audience. For steps to Customize your Home Screens, see Customize your Home Screen.
To manage your Home Screens:
- Click Home in the navigation bar and click Configuration. A sidebar opens.
- Hover over the Home Screen you wish to edit and click on the three dots that appear.

Proceed to the following section based on the action you would like to take:

Delete a Home Screen

Click Delete in the drop-down menu. A dialog box appears.
- Note: If you don't see delete or it is grayed out, that means you only have one Home Screen and it cannot be deleted. See, Create a Home Screen.
- Click Delete.

Click Delete in the drop-down menu. A dialog box appears.

Adjust the name or audience of the Home Screen
- Click Settings. A dialog box appears.
- To adjust the name, update the name in the text box.

To adjust the audience, select the desired audience option.

Only Admin Users
- This will only display the Home Screen to admin level users.

All Users
- This will make the Home Screen visible to all users in the account.

Specific User Roles

This will only make the Home Screen visible to certain user roles.
- To select which users this Home Screen should be visible for, click into the text box and enter the first few letters of the user role and select from the list that appears.

This will only make the Home Screen visible to certain user roles.

Only Admin Users
-
To exclude certain users, select the checkbox next to Exclude Users or User Roles. Then click into the text box and enter the first few letters of the user’s name or user role and select from the list that appears.
Partner
If applicable, select the checkbox to make the Home Screen available to all of your sub-accounts. - Click Save.

Delete a Home Screen

Make a Home Screen visible to users
- Click Set to Active. A dialog box appears.
- Click Activate Home Screen.
- Note: You can only have 10 active Home Screens at once. When trying to activate a Home Screen, if you receive an alert that you have reached the maximum number, click Okay in the dialog box. You will then need to set an Active Home Screen to Draft before it can be activated. See steps below to Set a Home Screen to Draft.

Set a Home Screen to Draft mode
- Click Set to Draft. A dialog box appears.
- Click Set to Draft.

Set a Home Screen as the Default

Users will see Home Screens based on their order. The first Home Screen will appear as the default Home Screen, and additional Home Screens can be viewed in the left side panel.
- Click Move to Top. A dialog box appears.
- Click Move to Top to make the Home Screen the default Home Screen for that set of users.
- Click Save.

Hide a Home Screen
- Click Hide. A dialog box appears.
- Click Hide to remove the Home Screen from all users, and any sub-accounts that have access to this Home Screen.

Copy a Home Screen

Click Copy to Drafts. A dialog box appears.
- Note: This option is only available for Home Screens that have been shared with your account.
- To adjust the name, update the name in the text box.
- To adjust the audience, select the desired audience option.

Click Add.

Click Copy to Drafts. A dialog box appears.
