To get help with issues on listings, customers with Premier Support can escalate listings to Yext Support directly from the platform.
To escalate a listing to Support:
- Navigate to Listings > All Listings in the navigation bar.
- Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the listing you'd like to escalate to open the More Actions menu. Select Escalate Listing.
- To escalate multiple listings, select the checkboxes to the left of your desired listings, and then click the three-dot icon on any of the selected listings.
- To escalate multiple listings, select the checkboxes to the left of your desired listings, and then click the three-dot icon on any of the selected listings.
- Fill out the Escalate to Support modal:
- Select your issue from the Issue Type dropdown.
- Provide any additional information, including details of the issue and any steps you already tried in order to resolve it.
- When finished, click Escalate to create a Yext Support ticket for your escalated listings.
- View all your open Yext Support tickets anytime by clicking the Account Details icon in the lower left corner of the navigation bar and selecting Help Requests.
