Home Screens are dashboards that display for users when they first log into the platform. By default, each user will see a built-in Home Screen. This article covers how to create and activate a custom Home Screen and share it with the desired users on your account.

To create a new Home Screen:

1. Click Home in the navigation bar and click Configuration. A sidebar opens.
   
2. Click on the + Add Home Screen button. A dialog box appears.
3. Enter a name for your Home Screen.
4. Select the desired share settings.
   • Only Admin Users
     • This will only display the Home Screen to admin level users.
   • All Users
     • This will make the Home Screen visible to all users in the account.
   • Specific User Roles
     • This will only make the Home Screen visible to certain user roles.
     • To select which users this Home Screen should be visible for, click into the text box, enter the first few letters of the user role, and select from the list that appears.
5. To exclude certain users, select the checkbox next to Exclude Users or User Roles. Then click into the text box and enter the first few letters of the user’s name or user role and select from the list that appears.

7. Choose to copy from an existing Home Screen, or create a new one.
8. Click Add.
9. Customize your Home Screen.
   1. Click on the Edit button in the top right corner of the page and make your desired edits.

10. Click Save in the top right corner of the page to apply the change to the Home Screen.
11. Activate your Home Screen.
    • By default, new Home Screens will automatically be added as a draft. In order for the Home Screen to be visible to users, it must be activated.
      1. Click Activate in the top right corner of the page. A dialogue box appears. 
      2. Click Activate Home Screen to make it visible to your desired audience.
