Reviews that are deleted or removed from third-party publishers, by default, will remain in the platform and marked as ‘Removed’. However, you can choose whether you want to remove these reviews from the platform altogether or keep them with the corresponding ‘Removed’ status. This article walks you through the steps to adjust the settings for the behavior of deleted reviews in your account.
Note: This setting is only available to accounts where the Account Country is outside of countries subject to GDPR.
To manage deleted reviews behavior:
- Click on the Account Details icon in the navigation bar and click Account Settings.
- Click Compliance.
- Select your desired Removed Review Behavior setting.
- Click Save.
- Note: If you selected to have removed reviews deleted from the platform, a dialog box will appear. Click Delete Removed Reviews to save this as your default behavior.
