If you are a Mutual Enterprise Customer with Yelp, and Yext has not been given permission to create new Yelp listings on your behalf, you will need to manually specify which Yelp listings Yext should sync to.
This article walks you through the steps to confirm the Yelp listing to sync to in Yext.
- Reach out to your Yelp account representative to provide the listing URLs for the affected listings that do not have a match in Yext.
- Click Listings in the navigation bar and click Publishers.
- Click on Yelp in the list of publishers.
- Click Identify Listing next to the Yelp listing that isn’t synced.
- Enter the URL of your Yelp listing.
- Click Submit.
