Your Visibility Report provides several key metrics about your brand’s visibility, sentiment, and search performance. You can see the report alongside an interactive map view or as a full page report. In addition, you can get actionable insights about how to improve your metrics.
Map View
The Map View allows you to visually interact with your locations and zoom in or out to find different trends across various regions. The Visibility Report populates metrics in the left sidebar for whatever locations are showing in the map and updates as you move around. So, if you zoom out, you can see metrics for an entire state, region, or country. If you zoom in, you can see metrics for a city, neighborhood, or single location.
Each hexagon represents a segment of the map with at least one location (pin), and you can click on a hexagon or pin to filter the data to only the selected location(s). If a hexagon has more than one location, the number appears next to the black dot when zoomed out. Each hexagon is color coded based on the health of the selected metric. The metric defaults to Google Rank, but you can change it in the drop down at the bottom of the map.
For more map settings, click the settings icon at the top of the sidebar. In the Map Control menu, you can fine-tune your map in the following ways:
- Select whether to include unranked location in your scores.
- Choose the Map Scoring method: Average Scores or Best Score.
Map Filtering
You can manually filter the map by location or category, based on information from your Knowledge Graph. For location filtering, click Filter Locations and select the locations (entities), folders, or labels you want to filter for. For categorical filtering, click the keyword filter (defaults to All Primary Keywords) and select the categories to filter for.

When you have the location(s) you want to view metrics for on your map, click Visibility Report in the navigation to view a full page report.
