This article explains how to view and edit your billing information in the Yext platform. Only users with Full Control in the Yext platform have access to billing information. For more information about an invoice, see View Your Invoice.
PARTNER PORTAL
To view your billing information, click the Agreements & Services tab. To update your credit card information, click on the Payment Methods sub-tab.
To view your billing information:

Click on the Account Details icon (
) in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar, and click Account Settings.

The steps to view your billing information differ depending on the type of account you have. Proceed to one of the following sections accordingly:

Small Business Customers:
- To View Billing History:
- Click Billing History.
- To View Billing Information:
- Click Billing Settings.
- To update your contact information, click on either the Contact or Contact Info text box and update the desired information.

To add a credit card, click on the + Add a credit card link and enter your new credit card information. Then click Submit.
- Note: You cannot remove the existing card on file without adding a new card.
- Click Billing Settings.
- To View Billing History:

- Click Billing History.
- To View Agreements and Commitments:
- Click Agreements.
- Note: If you don’t see the Agreements & Services section, click Billing History.
- Click Agreements.

To update your credit card information:
- Click Payment Methods.
- Click on the + Add a credit card link. A dialog box appears.
- Enter your new credit card information.
- (Optional) Check the box next to Make default: Use this card for renewals to make this your default credit card for payments.
- Click Submit.
- Note: You cannot remove the existing card on file without adding a new card.
