Manage your site's URL redirects by uploading a CSV file. Use redirects to point old or discontinued URLs to their new destinations, preserving SEO value and preventing broken links.
Upload a Redirects File
To add or update redirects:
- Navigate to Pages > [Your Site] > Site Configuration.
- Click URL Redirects.
- If no file has been uploaded yet, download the template to see the required format. Otherwise, upload your CSV file directly.
After saving, the site automatically deploys to apply the new redirects. Deployments may take a few minutes.
Add Redirects to an Existing File
Only one CSV redirects file can be active at a time. To add new redirects without removing existing ones:
- Download the current redirects file.
- Add your new redirects to the file.
- Upload the updated file.
Uploading a new file replaces the previous one entirely, so always start from the existing file when adding redirects. This keeps your redirects clean and avoids redundancy.
Add a 404 Redirect URL
When you add a 404 Redirect URL, any broken or invalid URLs will be directed to a page of your choice.
- Navigate to Pages > [Your Site] > Site Configuration.
- Find the 404 Redirect URL field. Paste in the full URL of your custom 404 page.
- Save your changes.
