The Reviews Summary dashboard is a pre-built analytics dashboard that gives you a broad view of your review performance across entities and publishers. Navigate to Analytics > Dashboards and select Reviews Summary from the left sidebar.
Filter and Export
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow results by location, date, site, and other dimensions. All metrics on the dashboard update based on the filters applied.
To share or export the dashboard:
- Click Export > Download PDF to download a PDF
- Click Export > Email to send the dashboard to users or email addresses
- Click Export > Download PDF Link to generate a shareable link to a PDF version
- Click Create Notification to schedule the dashboard to be delivered at a regular cadence
Configure the Dashboard
To change which metrics appear on the dashboard, click Configure in the upper right. Select Reviews from the left panel, choose the metrics you want to display, and click Save.
Available Metrics
Reviews Overview
Displays rating distribution, review count, and average rating for the selected time period in a single chart.
Response Rate
The percentage of reviews that received a response. Applies only to publishers that support in-platform response.
Average Response Time
The average number of hours before a review received a response. Applies only to publishers that support in-platform response.
Reviews Map
A geographic visualization of where reviewers are located. The size and color of dots indicate review volume and average rating respectively. Zoom in to see more detail in areas with multiple locations.
Site Distribution
A breakdown of review sources for the selected time period, including first-party reviews and all monitored third-party publishers.
Keyword Sentiment
The sentiment score for individual keywords appearing in reviews during the selected time period. Scores range from -1 to +1.
Keywords by Mention and Keywords by Sentiment
Two tables showing the same keyword data ranked differently: one by how frequently the keyword appears in reviews, and one by sentiment score.
