When your listings are launched in Yext and begin syncing to publishers, each listing is assigned a status indicating how it is syncing with the publisher.
To view the status of your listings, navigate to Listings > All Listings or Listings > Events. The listing status appears in the Listing Status column and in the hero metrics at the top of the screen.

To filter by a specific status, click the Listing Status filter pill.

Note: The statuses below do not apply to event listings unless noted. For event listing statuses, see the Event Listing Statuses section below or the Manage Event Listings help article.
Listings Statuses
Tasks Pending
Listings are in Tasks Pending for the first four hours after an entity is subscribed to Listings. This status displays alongside an Identify Listings button. During this time, you may manually confirm any matches that Yext finds. At the end of the four-hour period, Yext will automatically confirm matches.
Processing
The listing is in its initial sync process from Yext to the publisher site.
Synced
The listing is successfully syncing from Yext to the publisher site. This status applies to dual-sync publishers that support a two-way integration with Yext.
Submitted
The listing information has been submitted to the publisher site. This status only applies to submission publishers that do not support a two-way sync with Yext.
Both Synced and Submitted are successful statuses. The difference is the publisher's integration type: dual-sync publishers return Synced; submission publishers return Submitted.
Not Synced
Yext is unable to sync or submit information for the listing to the publisher site. See the Status Details column for further information on why the listing is not synced. For more information, see Not Synced Status Details below.
Opted Out
There is currently no connection between Yext and the publisher. You have the option to Opt In and restore the connection at any time.
Event Listing Statuses
Not Synced
The event has not been created on the publisher.
Not Synced, Sync in Progress
Yext is in the process of syncing the information from the platform to the event publisher.
Live, Updates in Progress
The event has been created and updates are in progress.
Live
The event has been created and Yext has successfully synced the event information.
Not Available
The event has not been created on the publisher because the type of event is not supported. For example, a webinar event is only available on Facebook and Eventbrite, so it will be listed as Not Available on all other publishers.
Not Synced Status Details
Not Synced listings fall into two categories: actionable (the user can resolve the listing) and unactionable (the listing must be resolved by Yext, or cannot be resolved). These can be viewed in All Listings using the Actionable option under the Advanced filter pill.
Not Synced listings can also be filtered by their corresponding Issue. Use the Issue Type filter pill to filter for a specific issue, or select Warning under the Advanced filter pill to see all listings with an issue. Note that not all issues result in a Not Synced status — a listing may have an issue affecting only some data but still sync to the publisher.

Actionable Listings
These can be fixed within the platform, typically due to a missing required data field or an invalid linked publisher account.
Unactionable Listings
These listings either need to be addressed by Yext, or must be resolved by the publisher directly. These are usually related to publisher-side issues such as matching problems or duplicate listings.
