When user approval is required before Yext will sync a listing with a publisher, that listing is tagged with an issue type of Confirm Sync. Listings in this state will have a status of Not Synced until they are manually confirmed.
View Confirm Sync Listings
Navigate to Listings > All Listings, click the Issue filter pill, and select Confirm Sync.

Resolve a Confirm Sync Listing
- Click on a listing to open the Listing Details.
- View the reason for the Confirm Sync status under the Issues header.
- Click Confirm Sync to manually approve the sync with the publisher.

You can also view the Listing Details from the All Listings page to see more context on the specific cause. The detail panel will show the reason and any recommended next steps.

Causes
Category Mismatch
Applicable publishers: Google
Triggered when the primary category on an entity differs from the primary category on the listing.
- Yext will continue to sync all other fields to Google except for Category until the Confirm Sync is resolved.
- Changing the primary category on Google may result in the listing needing to be re-verified. If the account is not bulk verified with Google, this will require a manual re-verification step.
Coordinate Mismatch
Applicable publishers: Google, Facebook
Triggered when the coordinates of the address on an entity and the address on a listing are more than 250 meters apart.
Update or Create Sync Settings Disabled
Applicable publishers: Google, Facebook, Apple, Bing, Yelp; Extended Network (Update Listings setting only)
Triggered when the Update Listings and/or Create Listings sync settings are disabled in Listings Configuration. This means listings require manual review before being created or updated. Check your Listings Configuration settings to confirm whether these are enabled.
High-Engagement Facebook Page
Applicable publishers: Facebook
Triggered when a Facebook page has more than 1,000 likes.
Name Mismatch
Applicable publishers: Google, Facebook
Triggered when the name of an entity differs significantly from the name on a listing. Yext normalizes both names and compares them using Gestalt pattern matching.
Pending Verification Block
Applicable publishers: Google
Triggered when a listing has pending verification tasks.
