This doc walks through the Listings launch flow step by step. Before starting, make sure you have completed all the steps in Prepare to Launch Listings.
Note: Your listings will not go live until you complete the entire flow and click Submit at the end. If you are unsure about any step, you can skip it and return later.
To start the launch flow, go to Listings > Publishers and click Set Up Listings in the upper right.

Step 1: Listings Setup
Select Entities
Click the Select Saved Filter dropdown and choose the saved filter you created during preparation. Click Continue.

Listings Configuration
Set your configuration for how each publisher should create and update your listings. These settings will apply to the entities in your saved filter and any new listings launched going forward.
Alternate Brand Name Field: If you created a custom alternate brand name field, select it here. This helps Yext identify matches with the correct listings on publishers.
Listings Sync Settings: All settings are enabled by default. Adjust if needed. For full details on each setting, see the Listings Configuration reference.
Click Continue when done.

Step 2: Publisher Setup
Google Business Profile Setup
Linked Accounts
Click + Link Account and follow the prompts to grant Listings access to your Google Business Profile account. If you have already linked a Google account, select it from the list.

Google Account ID
Select the Google Location Group ID for the set of locations you want to launch. You can only launch one location group per flow. To launch additional groups, repeat the flow.

Field Sync & Mapping
All fields are enabled by default. Keep all fields enabled to populate your listings with as much relevant data as possible.
If you see a toggle in the Overwrite Data column, you can optionally map a custom field instead of the default. Use caution — these settings apply to your whole account.
Facebook Setup
Linked Accounts
Click + Link Account and follow the prompts, or select your Facebook account if already linked. Grant Yext full access to all relevant pages — this enables Yext to manage your listings and allows Support to troubleshoot if needed.

Brand Page ID
If your Facebook account uses a location structure, enter your Brand Page ID here. If you do not have a location structure, or if you don't know your ID, check the Skip box and return later.
If you have multiple brand pages, go through the launch flow separately for each.

Field Sync & Mapping
Same as Google: all fields are enabled by default and we recommend keeping all selected. Click Continue.

Apple Setup
Linked Accounts
Click + Link Account and follow the prompts, or select your Apple account if already linked. If you are a Small Business account with fewer than 25 locations and do not have your own Apple Business account, check Use Yext Apple Account.

Brand IDs
For each country where you have locations, select the corresponding Apple Brand ID from the dropdown. To exclude a country, deselect the checkbox next to it.
There are no individual field sync settings for Apple — all fields sync by default. Click Continue.
Yelp Setup
Click + Link Account to link your Yelp account, or select it if already linked. Linking is optional but recommended — it is required if you plan to use features like Review Response. To skip, check Skip Setup.

Click Continue.
Step 3: License Assignment
Select the license pack you want to associate with your saved filter. This tells Yext which entities to launch on Listings. Once assigned and the flow is confirmed, your listings will begin syncing according to your configuration settings.
If you have questions about which license packs are available in your account, contact your Yext Account Manager.

Click Continue.
Step 4: Review and Confirm
Review the summary of your setup: the saved filter, your configuration settings, publisher setup details, and licenses assigned.
To change anything, click View Step next to the relevant step. After making changes, click Return to Summary to continue.

When ready, click Save, then Confirm in the dialog that appears. You will be redirected to the All Listings page.

Step 5: Event Listings (Optional)
Event listings have a separate launch process from standard location listings. Because they are temporary and do not need long-term syncing, the setup is simpler. See Launch and Manage Event Listings to learn more.
