When you open Action Center, you see three tabs: Opportunities, Completed, and Agents. The Action Center defaults to showing information about all of your entities you have access to, but you can use the Locations drop down to filter by tag, geography (country, city, region), or a single entity.
The Opportunities tab shows an overview of your Win Rate against your competitors (paid Scout only) and a list of actions you can take, sorted by impact. You can also see an estimate of how much time you save by letting Yext handle these actions for you instead of doing them manually.
The Completed tab shows which actions you have already approved or rejected.
The Agents tab is where you can manage the AI agent responsible for fetching and generating information for each product area. For example, you can configure your Listings agent by editing the voice and tone for your business descriptions.
Action Cards
Action cards show what the action is and how it can help your business. In the bottom left of some Scout benchmark-driven action cards, you can also see which competitors are beating you for this specific action, which can help you close gaps against your top competitors.
Actions cards are organized and grouped based on impact, with the highest impact action cards at the top of the list.
