Scout benchmark-driven data lets you know how you are doing in comparison to your competitors. It doesn't just tell you what you are missing, it tells you where your performance needs improving in order to stay competitive. For example, a non benchmark-driven action might be to write a social post for 100 locations. A benchmark-driven action gives you more precision, telling you that 12 locations are significantly behind in the number of posts published this month in comparison to local competitors. With this information you can better prioritize your tasks and more effectively close gaps between you and your competition.

Free Scout customers can access the following:
- Up to 2 benchmark-driven actions at a time.
