Rejecting an Action

If a recommendation isn't relevant, select Reject on the Action Card. Rejected actions are logged in your history on the completed page. You might see the this type of action in the future for different entities.

Rejecting an action cannot be undone.

Disabling an Action

If you don't want to the see a specific type of action at all, you can turn it off completely by doing the following:

1. In Action Center, click the Agents tab. 
2. Select the agent (product area) you want to configure.
3. Find an action you want to disable and switch the toggle to Inactive.

This action type will no longer appear in Action Center for any entity.
