If you aren’t sure where to start, below are the actions we recommend you tune for the most impact. Your default prompts can give you a good idea of how to word your instructions and what information to include.
Respond to Reviews (Reviews Agent)
The default prompt dictates the response style, such as thanking reviewers by name, concision, taking negative reviews offline, no refunds or promises, no contact info.
You can shape your brand voice here by doing things like adding a sign-off, naming a loyalty program, setting a regional tone, or adding phrases to avoid. This helps brands differentiate themselves and stay true to their voice and tone.
Create Social Post from Review (Social Agent)
By default the agent treats any 5-star review as eligible and drafts a post from it, but does not filter out reviews based on keywords.
Add the keywords, service lines, or categories your brand wants to amplify and be known for. For example, a dental group might filter for reviews containing the words "implants," "Invisalign," and "emergency". Then, only reviews that mention those themes become posts.
Create Location Posts from Brand Post (Social Agent)
When a brand publishes a Facebook post, this action adapts it for each location. The default prompt controls how much to localize the post.
You can set rules like "always reference the neighborhood" or "keep the offer identical across all locations" in order to make posts more or less localized. This helps multi-location brands maintain local relevance without losing message consistency.
Respond to Social Comment (Social Agent)
This prompt decides which comments get a reply and which do not. By default, it prioritizes questions, complaints, and buying intent, but skips simple praise or tagging.
You can adjust the thresholds for which comments to prioritize, which can increase or decrease your overall engagement depending on your needs.
Entity Enrichment (Knowledge Graph)
This more advanced prompt maintains the priority order of sources for things like your description, and phone number. The default order is Google Places > account > brand data > web.
Configuring this prompts allows you to reorder and reprioritize sources. This is useful if you have strong canonical brand content you prefer over Google. If you want to configure Entity Enrichment, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager or Services team.
