Who can use the Action Center?

Anyone in a role with the Action Center - Manage Platform permission, plus access to the relevant product areas.

How often does Yext check for new signals?

It varies depending on the type of action. For example, Scout-driven actions are derived from scans that run monthly. 

Is Action Center the same as Entity Enrichment in KG? 

Entity Enrichment suggestions have been rolled into Action Center and will now appear as Action Center recommendations. 

Why hasn't my Action Center updated since I made changes to my entity?

Sometimes web traffic can create a lag in things being published or changed. If your changes are taking a significant amount of time to show, contact your Customer Success Manager.

How are actions prioritized?

Actions are prioritized based on the number of changes. So an action that publishes 70 reviews is considered higher impact than one that publishes 4 reviews.

How is time saved calculated?

To get the total amount of time saved for one recommended action, each action type is assigned a fixed estimate of time to complete manually. This estimate is multiplied by the number of changes.

Is Action Center available on mobile?

Yes, Action Center is available on the Scout by Yext Mobile App. The Mobile App may have a more limited selection of actions that can be completed by mobile users.
