The Narrative page includes a summary of whether AI Engines view your brand positively, negatively, or neutrally across different categories. Click on a score in the tiles to get a breakdown of how the score is determined and some recommendations for how to improve in that specific area.
Narrative data works by extracting the thematic patterns, attribute associations, and framing signals that appear across AI-generated content about your brand. Then, that data is compared them to your competitors. Common findings include attributes competitors are associated with that you are not, themes present in your own content that the AI has not picked up, and positioning language that lags behind changes to your product.
When you identify a gap in your narrative, you can include this as part of your content strategy. For example, if AI engines consistently associate a competitor with a benefit your product also delivers, the solution is content that makes that association explicit and attributable to your brand. Publishing new content that clearly establishes those associations is more effective than updating internal copy that engines have already indexed with a different framing.
