The Hearsay Help Center Moved to the Yext Help Center in October of 2026
As part of our effort to unify the Yext and Hearsay experience, Hearsay content to the Yext Help Center on October 21st, 2026. Here is a breakdown of what you need to know and what steps you need to take.
Articles
All Hearsay article URLs will redirect to the same article on the Yext Help Center for several months to allow you time to update any links in your materials. Please update article links in your materials before the end of the year.
Support Requests
You will need to submit new help tickets through the Yext Help Center immediately after the migration. If submitting a ticket via email, you can use either hearsaysocial@yext.com or help@yext.com. Users can optionally download their ticket history in the Hearsay Help Center until the end of the year. See the Zendesk documentation to learn how to download ticket history.
If you need support for a Hearsay issue, click Submit a Request in the Yext Help Center. On the ticket page, under What area of the platform do you need help with?, select Hearsay. That ensures this request goes straight to a Hearsay support queue. If you open a ticket from the Hearsay platform or send an email to the old Hearsay support email, your request will also go to the Hearsay support queue.
Allowlist Domains
To ensure your organization can seamlessly access articles and tickets in the Yext Help Center, please work with your IT or security team to allow the following domains through your firewall and email filters as soon as possible:
| Current | New | |
| Help Center | success.hearsaysocial.com | help.yext.com |
| Support emails from | support@hearsaysocial.com | help@yext.com |
A separate communication with additional details and an FAQ will be delivered to Support contacts via email. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to your account team.
