With the Redtail integration, you can automatically sync contacts, activities, messages, and calls between Redtail and Relate.

Example activity in Redtail

To enable the Redtail Integration in the Administration view:

1. On the side menu, click Settings
2. Select the Organization Settings tab and optionally, select the hierarchies you want to enable Redtail for.
3. Under Networks, configure the Redtail setting to Enabled.

After you have enabled Redtail, your users can connect their Redtail account to Relate.

Usually activities appear within a few seconds in Redtail, if there is a higher number of concurrent activities it might take longer, in some cases it can be even 10 minutes. Currently, the activity sync creates a separate task for each activity.
