You can change whether certain workspace profile fields are editable, viewable, or subject to compliance requirements for users at your organization. This is useful when creating Smart Posts that contain profile variables, so you can allow users to manage their own workspace profile fields for missing variable values.

Your configuration for workspace profile fields is applied to your whole organization but you can create Smart Posts only for specific hierarchies.

To manage workspace profile settings in the Administration view:

1. In the side menu, click Settings.

2. Under Organizational Settings, click the Workspaces tab.

3. Under Workspace profile's field, configure settings for each workspace.

• Visible - The end user can see the field.
• Editable - The end user can edit the field themself.
• Compliance - The field is subject to review in Supervision when it is updated by the end user.

Note: If a field is greyed out or missing, it is either not editable due to the configuration in another column or the field is managed via API.
