Sites organizes all content fields into tabs and cards, making it easier to find the correct field for changing content. You can follow the same process for updating your Hearsay Site or for updating your Pages site if you have Social and have integrated with Yext Pages.

Website changes must be approved by administrators prior to publication.

For Pages customers: If you have integrated Social with Yext Pages, you can edit your Pages site from the Sites editor. Changes you make in the Sites editor must be approved by compliance. But, changes you make from the Pages editor in the legacy Yext product are automatically approved and overwrite changes made in the Sites Editor.

To update your Site:

1. In the side menu, under Web Media, click My Websites.
2. Click Request Changes or Manage Site. Depending on your organization and user settings, you may have the option to update multiple websites, be sure to select the specific website you want to update.

3. You will be navigated to the Request Changes To Your Website page, where each tab updates different content elements on your website. The exact layout and availability of these tabs is customizable and varies by organization. Some common tabs that most users can expect are:
   • Global Data - for updating your website’s URL slug.
   • Homepage - for updating content on your home page, such as welcome text, headline, team description, etc.
   • Profile - for updating profile information, such as name, profile picture, phone number, email address, etc.

4. Each tab contains cards that house editable content fields. For example, in the screenshot below, the Personal Data card contains content fields for Name, Title, Biography, Photo, Email, Phone, and Address.

5. To update content, open a card by clicking on it.
6. In the bottom of the card, click Modify. A content editor opens.
