You can filter Post Library content in the Hearsay Mobile app by social network channel, content type, and tags. Additionally, you can view recommended and scheduled content in the mobile app.

Filtering Post Library Content in the Hearsay Mobile App

1. On the Post Library tab, the default filter is "Recommended" for library content. You will see content sorted by your interests, what has been most recently added to the library by your organization's content creators, what is most engaging and popular with your peers. Simply tap Recommended in the top left corner to change the filter. Then select Apply in the top right corner.

2. Selecting Explore will present additional filter options. Tap Filters to further filter content by Channel (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), Type (Link, Message, Image), and Tags (content categories as defined by your organization). Then select Apply in the top right corner.

Once filters are applied from the Explore section, you can sort content by Most Recent, Most Engaging, and Most Popular by tapping on the hamburger menu with the arrow in the top right corner and making your desired selection from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen.

3. Tap on the Recommended or Explore tab in the top left corner to select the Scheduled filter. Then select Apply. This will show all of the scheduled content in the mobile app.
