Hearsay Relate users can click on Add Contact to add new contacts without needing to start a new conversation. To add a contact, simply follow these steps or follow along with the video below:

1. In Hearsay Relate, go to your Contacts page.
2. Click Add Contact in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. In the drop down, choose Add New Contact to add an individual contact.

4. The "Additional Information" field allows users to add up to 1,000 characters and the contents are included in the search results. This field is only visible in Hearsay Desktop.

5. Then once ready, click Add Contact.
