Get Email Alerts for Items Based on Classification

Compliance admins can get an email notification if Supervision item contains a certain classification. For example, every item with the “Threat” or “Promissory Statement” classification generates an email to the relevant queue it is assigned to. This can help teams keep better track of the most high-priority items without having to manually search through the queue.

To enable the email notification, do the following:

1. Go to Organizational Settings > Lexicon > Classification Alert Notifications.

2. Set the Enable Classification Alert Notifications to Enabled.

3. Under Alert Classifications, select which classifications should generate email notifications.
