Syndicate First-Party Reviews to Healthgrades
Healthgrades syndication lets healthcare organizations push their first-party reviews from Yext to provider profiles on Healthgrades, ensuring provider profiles on Healthgrades reflect the most up-to-date patient feedback. There are two ways to syndicate reviews: manual syndication or API syndication.
Note: A review can be syndicated only once. If the review is edited in Yext afterwards, the changes are not sent to Healthgrades.
Manual Syndication
Manual syndication is best for when you have a small number (less than 100) reviews to syndicate at one time and want to use the platform UI.
To add (syndicate) reviews to Healthgrades manually, do the following:
Go to Reviews > Monitoring.
Select one or more reviews to add, and in bulk action the toolbar at the bottom, click the Syndication logo (looks like a snowflake).
The reviews you selected will appear on Healthgrades shortly.
The Syndication action appears in the Review Monitoring bulk action toolbar when the following conditions are met:
The entity has an NPI (National Provider Identifier) configured.
The entity has reviews in Yext.
The feature is enabled for your organization.
API Syndication
API syndication is best for when you have a lot of reviews (over 100) to syndicate at one time
To syndicate via API, call the Syndicate endpoint for each first-party review. The optional body field publisherId defaults to Healthgrades, currently the only supported publisher.
