Activating a Campaign

Campaigns are inactive by default, which helps prevent campaigns that are not yet ready from unintentionally sending emails when triggered. When it’s time to activate a campaign, do the following:

1. Find the campaign on either the Scheduled Campaigns or Automated Campaigns tab. 
2. Click Edit. 
3. In the upper right, switch the toggle from Inactive to Active.

Your campaign is now active and can start sending based on the campaign type and your specified parameters.
